Finally, the time had come again: after a two-year hiatus, Girls’ Day took place. Six female students visited our company and gained insight into what are often considered typically male professions. Our training manager, Florian Bayer, explained the basic tasks of metalworking professions to them in our training workshop, where they were able to try their hand at practical exercises. In the technical office, Christian Dürr showed one student how 2D and 3D drawings are created and told her about the responsibilities of technical product designers. During the tour of our facility, the girls also learned a lot about the different areas of production.
