On September 1, 2023, A. & C. Kosik GmbH welcomed five new apprentices. A new chapter in their lives, filled with many new challenges, is now beginning. To help the “new and old” apprentices get to know one another, they headed to the Regensburg Climbing Forest with their training supervisor, Florian Bayer. There, they had to work as a team to overcome a wide variety of challenges.
